It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for and Our accredited PRINCE2 Foundation classroom course introduces you and it helps prepare you for the Foundation examination which assesses whether you can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the project management method. This course conforms to the 6th Edition syllabus.“PRINCE2” stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments, and is used and recognised all over the world and this method focuses on managing resources and risks by dividing projects into smaller stages, defining clear roles & responsibilities and using seven processes to manage the project life cycle. It is a project management methodology that’s extremely focused on organization and control.
