Description
Introduction
The Lean-Agile Mindset forms the philosophical foundation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). It combines Lean thinking, Agile values, product development flow, and systems thinking to help organizations achieve high performance, adaptability, and customer value. This training explores how the Lean-Agile mindset creates a culture of continuous improvement and empowers teams to deliver value faster and more efficiently.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Core SAFe Principles, which guide behavior, decision-making, and alignment across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). These principles include taking an economic view, applying systems thinking, decentralizing decision-making, limiting WIP, and more. By the end of this training, learners will understand how these principles help large organizations scale Agile practices in a predictable and sustainable way.
