Test definition

The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge of Rapid Response 2016.2 or later. They also must have a basic understanding of the data model, commonly used tables, and know how to create and edit basic:

• Alerts
• Workbooks
• Worksheets
• Filters
• Hierarchies
• Crosstab worksheets

All of this must be done with minimal referencing to technical documentation and assistance from peers.

• Identify how to create different filter types in Rapid Response

• Identify how versioning works in Rapid Response

Exam details

• There are 50 questions
• The time limit is 90 minutes
• The passing score is 70%
