Test definition

The successful candidate must be competent working in all administrator roles, understands

1) the architecture of Rapid Response systems in both On-Demand and On-Premise environments and,

2) management processes related to users, data, analytics, and system administration. They will require minimal access to technical documentation.

Exam sections and objectives

System Administration

• Describe how to configure scheduled system tasks in RapidResponse
• Describe how to manage system configuration settings
• Demonstrate scenario management processes
• Describe migration of resources in RapidResponse
• Describe an understanding of system architecture

Data Administration

• Describe a knowledge of server management and migration processes
• Demonstrate how to detect and resolve data manipulation issues
• Describe the Rapid Response data model and how to customize it
• Describe how to integrate data into RapidResponse
• Demonstrate how to validate data within Rapid Response
• Describe the control table settings and the data required to use Rapid Response Analytics

Exam details

• There are 60 questions
• The time limit is 90 minutes
• The passing score is 70%
