Description
Test definition
The successful candidate must be competent working in either a data or system administrator role, has a working understanding of the architecture of the Rapid Response system in either On-Demand or On-Premises environments. They should also understand management processes related to users, data and system administration with referencing of technical documentation and regular assistance from peers and Support.

- Describe modifying the control settings and customizing the Rapid Response data model
- Describe the Data Sources and Mapping tool, and validation process
