Test definition

The successful candidate must be competent working in either a data or system administrator role, has a working understanding of the architecture of the Rapid Response system in either On-Demand or On-Premises environments. They should also understand management processes related to users, data and system administration with referencing of technical documentation and regular assistance from peers and Support.

• Describe system task scheduling in RapidResponse
• Identify system configuration settings
• Describe system change management processes
• Describe system monitoring and database management tasks
• Identify the process for managing system data updates
• Identify best practices for scenario management

Data Administration

• Describe modifying the control settings and customizing the Rapid Response data model
• Describe the Data Sources and Mapping tool, and validation process
