1- What is Anaplan?

• Explain what Anaplan is and how it is used for Connected Planning
• Recognize the three building blocks of Anaplan and describe the components in the Central Library, Engine, and User Experience
• Describe examples of multidimensional within Anaplan models
• Log in to Anaplan, search for a specific model, navigate within a model, and create a new model

2- Getting Ready to Build 

• Explain front-to-back model design and how it is used with Anaplan
• Explain the PLANS approach to model building
• Describe DISCO and how it is used in model building
• Describe the relationship between dimensions, lists, modules, and line items in a model

3- Time and Versions 

• Configure the Time settings for the model and describe each of the setting options
• Demonstrate the impact of adding a previous and future year to the model
• Configure the Version settings for the model and describe each of the setting options and the impact on model size
• Add a Budget Version to the model and describe how it will be used and the impact on model size
• Explain the purpose of a Switchover date and remove from the model
