Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Online Training is developed with the intention of helping IT professionals to master customization and development activities on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology. The course covers Dynamics 365 CRM functionality such as sales, marketing and customer service modules, and configuring the application for business requirements. The course gives more focus on customizing Dynamics 365 CRM using UI and also extending the standard functionality of the application using code. By the end of the course attendees would carry a good knowledge on all areas of Dynamics 365 CRM.

This course is designed for both Administrators of a CRM system and System Customisers. It covers how to configure the deployment and customisations that may be made through the Settings area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics 365. This Dynamics certification requires two exams: MB2-715 & MB2-716. This course prepares delegates for the MB2-716 exam: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration. After taking this course delegates, with minimal amount of additional study, will be prepared to take exam MB2-716.
